You have to watch this cringeworthy PSA for kids featuring none other than the Fonz himself. In it, everyone from Fred Flinstone to John Ritter warn kids about the danger of the plethora of baby petters, pervos, and chester molesters out to get them. Once the guy who looks like Steve Carrell started singing about penises and vulvas, I knew there was no turning back. Creeptacular. Enjoy.
